Kakigōri Specialty · Est. 2026
A tiny Parisian-stylekakigōri shop, hidden in Itabashi.
Glace Hikawa — Hikawa-cho, Itabashi, Tokyo.
Seasonal fruits served in Arita porcelain — endless summer in a bowl.
01 — Our Story
To love ice, once again.
"Glace" is French for "ice" — and "ice cream."
Coincidentally, "Hikawa" means "ice river" in Japanese.
In this small corner of Tokyo where two languages
echo each other, we opened a tiny shop devoted
to one thing: the perfect kakigōri.
Seasonal fruits, slowly simmered into syrup.
Featherlight shaved ice, served in Arita porcelain.
A bright, Parisian-style space, just three seats wide.
Come for the last bite of your day.
